Example: You have to start from little things and with time expand them to make them bigger so that you end in a great place . You have to push yourself from the start to make things in your life brighter .Even if you begin from small , you can keep trying so that later you finish with big things. Like you can start of at a part-time job and then later move up to a full-time great career that pays you a good amount of money and that you enjoy doing .

Things in life do not come quickly nor do they come when you decide you want them , you need too work for them so that in your future you have good things to brag about . If you want to feel proud of yourself the best key is to do the right things as you grow older . The choices you make as an individual at a young age later will reflect you and even your future . In order to keep yourself satisfied and happy is by choosing the great things in your life . The path that come your way will not always be good ones so it is your choice to choose the good paths and go the right ways in anything . We are here for a reason to make something out of who we are and live life to the fullest . We should never have to regret anything we should only build memories along the journey and keep them with us forever . Taking these advices will only make you a very happy and responsible individual . You should always be an independent person never should you have to depend on anyone .

Duties & Responsibilities:  Ear, nose, and throat specialists are responsible for surgical and medical treatment of the ears, nose, and throat, as well as the related head and neck areas .

Salary : Ear Nose Throat Doctors make about $205,000 per year .

As of Jan 2016, the average pay for an Otolaryngologist is $158.00/an hour .

Education : You need  to complete four years of medical school. During the last two years, you can take specialized coursework in otolaryngology .

Reflection : I personally would actually enjoy looking into this career because it seems interesting and I like the salary rate per hour and yearly as well. It may take me some time according to my research I have concluded that its takes about four we can say almost five to become a Ear Nose Throat Doctor but at the end its only worth the time it took you to get there . Lastly I would like doing this career because you get a better chance of interacting with others and you also get to meet new people .

This quote to me means to always choose the right in your life because that will be followed in till your future . Its always best to choose  the right since a young age so that that benefits you as an adult if you start at a young age when you get older with time you'll be prepared to faces more difficult challenges that will cross over you . If choosing the right makes you as an individual feel better then its a great thing because that is the way every single person should be feeling . When you choose the wrong you feel ashamed after you decide to commit a unessecary action in your life . Choosing the right will never hurt you but will only benefit in the long run . But if you as an individual person decide to go left this will only hurt you and keep you unhappy till the last day of your life . When you choose the wrong you'll end up regreting it badly . An example of a time I chose the right was when I had a low grade in my Biology class , I was trying my hardest to pick the good decision since my friend had asked me to go out with her but i ended up rejecting her invite and decided to make up my assignments for my biology class so I ended up at the tutoring session on that friday and started doing my work . At last my teacher corrected all my assignments . I was proud and felt good about myself for choosing the right and not taking the left direction . This only made me feel good and motivated to keep trying and never give up. From this I learned to choose the right when I am in the middle of two situations . 

                          DERMATOLOGIST

Duties And Responsibilities : Cosmetic dermatologists offer consultation, diagnosis, and treatment to patients who are interested in improving their skin condition. The procedures and services that cosmetic dermatologists use - such as Botox injections, laser hair removal, skin tightening, chemical peels, sclerotherapy, collagen fillers, and microdermabrasion - may lead to revitalized, blemish-free skin. There are also cosmetic dermatologists who specialize in areas such as hair loss, hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating), or laser tattoo removal.

Salary : $204,072 for all dermatologists*

Education :College, earning a bachelor's degree. Medical school, becoming a medical doctor (MD) or doctor of osteopathic medicine (DO). Internship, 1 year of required medical training. An accredited dermatology residency program, at least 3 years.

Demand For this Profession : Employment of physicians and surgeons is projected to grow 18 percent from 2012 to 2022.

Reflection : I personally think that I wouldn’t like to be a Dermatologist because I really don’t like doing the things they are suppose to do , I feel like I can make more salary than what they make , and  because I am not interested in looking into the medical field .
